Sleepout was started to help Mark, the co-founder, with his (former) insomnia.

When Mark and Hannagh, Sleepout co-founders, couldn't find anything that would darken their bedroom that was high quality (and would actually stay on a window), they decided to leave their jobs and invent something themselves.

They learned a TON about the blackout fabric & sleep products industry, spent over a year patenting the perfect solution, raised money from their INCREDIBLE community on Kickstarter, and have since been on TV multiple times, featured in magazines, won awards, and even got a deal on Dragons' Den.

Their mission is to create premium & affordable sleep products that will last for a lifetime. They are committed to sharing their journey with you, every step of the way.
