What is Halo?

Halo is an e-commerce website for new moms. We sell products for maternity through toddlerhood (about age 2) in special weekly flash deal events, where the more people join the more you save!

Why does Halo exist?

Being a new mom is already tough - buying for your baby should be easy. Yet the process of buying for our little ones can be overwhelming, expensive, and high-stakes. 

Our founder, Anna Fuller, had worked in e-commerce for over a decade when she became a new mom in 2022. She knew there could be a better way and created Halo to make a fun, rewarding shopping experience for new moms.

How it works

What's a party?

Deals on Halo are called parties. Like all the best parties, they don't last forever and they're much better with friends.

Anyone who joins a party gets a discount. As more people join, the price gets lower and lower! 

If you invite a friend who also purchases from the party before it expires, you'll get a much bigger discount.

How do I get access to parties?

To get access to the weekly party drop, you must be signed up to receive our texts. Visit to enter your number. Make sure to watch your text inbox because you'll have to double opt-in by responding YES to our initial text.

How do I join a party?

Join any party by selecting the color and size you want, then clicking the "Buy in Party" button. This will take you through checkout, where we will collect your shipping and billing information. 

When does my card get charged?

When you go through checkout, we will collect your payment details and place a hold on your card. The charge won't actually go through until the party ends. You can see how much time remains in the party in two places: on the party page, and in your confirmation email.

Don't forget to add more people to the party before it ends! This can drive your price down.

How much do I get charged?

When you join the party, we will authorize your card for the current party price. From there, the price can only go down!

When the party ends, we will charge your card the final party price, minus any discount you receive for bringing a friend. 

What if I buy multiple quantities?

You can buy multiple quantities of the same product in any given party. (Note that they must all be the same size and color for now, as you can only go through checkout once.)

When you buy multiple quantities, you will receive the discount on ALL quantities. This includes any individual referral discount, if you've brought a friend.

Buying in multiple quantities does not:

  • Drive the party price down further -- only new people joining can do that
  • Qualify you for the individual referral discount -- only bringing a friend can do that

What's the Halo Guarantee?

The Halo Guarantee is our promise to you that we ensure satisfaction with every order. If anything goes wrong with shipping, if your product is damaged or not as expected, or if you are in any way dissatisfied with your experience, we will refund you and make it right.

Fulfillment & Returns

Who ships my order?

Halo is a marketplace, and the products listed on our marketplace are all from partner brands. Your order will be shipped by the product's brand or retailer. This will be indicated on the party page, and we will also send you a notice when your order ships along with any relevant tracking information.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
